Terms and Conditions
- Agreement: By engaging with our cleaning services, you agree to abide by the following terms and condition s outlined by SBD Cleaning, hereinafter refereed to as "SBD Cleaning".
- Services: The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or service agreement. This includes but is not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, specialized cleaning (Janitorail Service, Day porting), and any additional services agreed upon.
- Payment:Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company reserves the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, credit/debit cards or electronic funds transfer.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Access to Premise: Clients must ensure that the Company has access to the premises at the scheduled time for cleaning. In the event of restricted access or inability to enter the premises, the Company reserves the right to charge a call-out fee.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing neccessary utilities required for the cleaning services unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients must also inform the Company of any hazards, risks, or special instructions related to the premises.
- Liability: While the Company takes every precaution to ensure the safety of its employees and clients property. It shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of cleaning services, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the Company.
- Confidentiality: The Company agrees to treat all client information and premises with confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: The Company strives for customer satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address any concerns or issues regarding the quality of its services. Clients are encouraged to communicate any feedback or complaints promptly.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or misconduct.
By engaging with our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
SBD CLeaning reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
